I · Traditional business development
A complete business development project consists of three parts: analysis, action plan and implementation. The customer decides the scope of the assignment. Some companies are content with the analysis report as a kind of health check that they themselves can work on from the outside. Other companies want help with all parts of the project, including implementation.
Analysis
A business analysis can be done very extensively, but the most important areas to shed light on are
the company’s finances, organization, market and competitive position as well as marketing.
Action plan
The action plan is based on the balanced sum of the analysis result, the customer’s wishes and Eternus’ recommendation.
Implementation
Implementation means that the action plan
implemented in a methodical way with a time / financial framework for decided measures, follow-up of the results and possible corrections.
International bridge construction
Eternus’ international mission is simple
expressed about finding and bringing together manufacturers and buyers of a particular product, such as a special one
cable type for a specific purpose, and then sew together a cooperation agreement between the parties.
Either the assignment comes from the Nordic company that is looking for a manufacturer of the product they need, a manufacturer that does not exist
home ground. Or the mission comes from
the foreign manufacturer looking for new customers in the Nordic market.
Partnership
In connection with the international assignments, Eternu acts as the customer’s partner, ie as its extended arm abroad / Nordic countries with the task of finding the right buyer / manufacturer of the right product at the right price / conditions.
